Submissions are stored as private records in WordPress for authorized administrators and sent to a private notification recipient by email so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. The recipient address is not published on this website. Email providers and the hosting service may process this information to deliver these functions.
Technical information
The form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier for abuse rate limiting. Hosting systems may maintain access and security logs. WordPress administration uses authentication cookies. This theme does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are retained for follow-up and legitimate recordkeeping needs and should be reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form with minimal identifying information. Identity verification and applicable retention obligations may affect a request.
Security and scope
No online system is risk-free. This website is not designed to receive protected health information and submitting a form does not establish a business associate agreement. External source websites have their own privacy practices.
